This exciting Yorkshire based firm is looking for a Legal Secretary to join the private client department and work across its Pontefract and Castleford offices. You, the successful Legal Secretary, will have a minimum of two years’ experience within a relevant role. Ideally, you will have experience in a variety of probate areas where you have developed a broad skillset.
The Legal Secretary will be expected to attend meetings with clients for instructions, provide advice on care home fees, prepare Wills including tax advice, estate and long-term planning, administration of estates, preparation of and dealing with Powers of Attorney, dealing with trusts and deputyship applications.
The role may be perfect for either a Legal Secretary, CILEx qualified or an experienced probate secretary.
If you are successful in securing the Legal Secretary role you will be expected to work across both the Castleford and Pontefract offices.
