Within this opportunity you can expect to work on high quality matters such as:
- Development and real estate finance
- Structured finance
- Bridging loans and asset-based lending
Within this opportunity you can expect to have responsibility of client contact from the outset, your own caseload and assisting other members of the team on higher value transactions.
To be considered for this opportunity you will ideally have:
- Experience within real estate, banking or corporate seats during your training contract
- A passion for banking matters
- Excellent written and verbal communications
- Great organisational and analytical skills
