Are you a qualified Solicitor/NQ Solicitor looking to specialise in and practice Insolvency Law at a leading law firm? Are you wanting to get away from a Commercial Litigation background so that you can become a specialist Insolvency Solicitor?

My client is a leading, Legal 200, Southampton-based law firm with a great reputation and a proven track record for success. They are looking to grow their successful Insolvency team in this critical hire due to an increase in workload. The team handles both non-contentious and contentious insolvency matters to include corporate insolvency, restructuring, and solvent reorganisation matters.

Insolvency experience is not essential, although some knowledge would be required. Candidates who have a commercial litigation background as well as commercial/banking law will be considered.
