Commercial Litigation Solicitor

Remote Working - Commercial Litigation Consultant Solicitor 
£35,000 - £75,000

This consultancy law firm are growing their team and searching for an experienced commercial litigation lawyer to join them.  
 
You can be based anywhere across the UK.   
 
In this role you will:

- Be Self-employed 
- Take a minimum 70% of fees you generate from your own clients 
- Work flexibly - Pick and chose your working hours/days 
- NO TARGETS 
- Work from wherever you want 
- Retain your own client relationships 
- Earn fees on work you refer to other consultants 
- Not be charged set up fees  
- Get background office, IT & regulatory support  

This firm will have roughly 15% of a caseload to give you and the rest of your time will be spent servicing your own clients & contacts. 
 
It is not essential you have a client following for this role, although it is anticipated as an experienced solicitor with at least 3 years PQE you will have contacts to draw upon, and a willingness to talk to prospective clients, but a guaranteed following is not required. 
 
This is a unique role and wont suit everyone, but you will be fully supported by a great management team who will do everything they can to help you, not just initially, but continuously. 
 
A newly revamped website will be launched soon, including a much improved SEO campaign, so commercial litigation work will start to find you.
