Employment Law Consultant Solicitor

This consultancy law firm are growing their team and searching for an experienced employment lawyer to join them remotely. 
 
This is a fee sharing consultancy opportunity. 
 
In this role you will:

- Be Self-employed 
- Take a minimum 70% of fees you generate from your own clients 
- Work flexibly - Pick and chose your working hours/days 
- NO TARGETS 
- Work from wherever you want 
- Retain your own client relationships 
- Earn fees on work you refer to other consultants 
- NOT BE CHARGED any set up fees  
- Get background office, IT & regulatory support  

It is not essential you have a client following for this role. It is anticipated as an experienced solicitor with at least 3 years PQE you will have contacts to draw upon, and a willingness to talk to prospective mew clients, but a guaranteed following is not required. 
 
This is a unique role and wont suit everyone, but you will be fully supported by a great management team who will do everything they can to help you, not just initially, but continuously. 
 
A newly revamped website has now been launched, including a much improved SEO campaign, so employment work should start to find you.
