Are you an experienced commercial property solicitor looking to inherit a busy caseload and progress your career?
One of the most reputed law firms in Cornwall is looking for you!!
In this role you will inherit a live client base from day one and be able to develop your own clients too. This caseload will be broad and include both local matters as well as wider national sales and acquisitions. You will advise on Landlord & Tenant work, sales & acquisitions, and development work.
In this position you will form part of the wider commercial team, providing bespoke and fluid solutions for business clients varying in size from small to large.
Ideally you should have at least 3 years' PQE. You will receive secretarial support and be keen to progress within one of Cornwall's premier law firms. Those who enjoy developing colleagues are encouraged to apply as you may well supervise a paralegal and trainee solicitor.
It is anticipated this role may interest a relocator looking to move to Cornwall and experience all this beautiful county has to offer.
This role may be attractive to relocators from larger cities, who are looking to retain a quality caseload, but finish work promptly at 5.30pm and achieve a work life balance that is so often absent!!
This vacancy can be offered at either senior associate or salaried partner level.
