EL/PL Fee Earner - Bolton

Bolton based defendant law firm are looking for a file handler to join them to work on EL/PL cases most of which will be on a fast track basis up to 100k in value. The firm works for a number of large insurance clients and the role will require a forensic and analytical approach to employment and public liability issues together with experience and/or appreciation of the documents and evidence required in these types of cases.
 
If you have experience dealing with EL/PL claims up to fast track level then you will be considered for this opportuntiy, the firm is looking for someone with current or previous litigaiton experience in an EL/PL environment, alongside some advocacy and communication skills necessary to be a functioning part of a law firm.
