You will be advising on:
- Performance
- Sickness absence management
- Disciplinary hearings
- Grievance processes
- Discrimination issues
- Dismissal
- TUPE
- Redundancy consultation
- As well as strategic advice on large scale restructures, redundancies, sales and mergers and negotiating exit packages. They also represent clients through the tribunal process.
You will:
- be experienced in representing both employees and employers in the Employment Tribunal, including your own advocacy at hearings.
- be able to work unsupervised
- be actively involved in business development activities
