Our client, a Chambers-listed Legal 500 law firm, is seeking a Private Client Solicitor with 5+ years’ PQE to join their team in Wokingham as part of the firm’s succession planning.

The ideal candidate must have the ability to deal with straightforward probate work with minimal supervision, as well as assist on a range of other Private Client matters.
You will be working in a team with 8 other fee earners and have full Legal Secretarial support.
The department generally deal with:
- Administering an Estate Court of Protection Creation
- Administration of Trusts
- Elderly Client Advice
- Inheritance Tax (IHT)
- Power of Attorney
- Trust and Estate Accounting
- Tax Management
- Will drafting and reviews
- Wills, Trusts, and Estate Disputes
A STEP qualification would be desirable but is not essential.
