Civil Litigation Paralegal

This modern and fast-growing law firm in central Liverpool has a unique and challenging opportunity for an experienced and confident Paralegal/Fee Earner who has strong litigation experience to re-train into dealing with predominantly Housing Disrepair and a variety of Civil Litigation matters. 

The team has rapidly grown over the last 18 months, with new client wins and ongoing development plans firm wide. It really is an exciting time to be part of this team! 

You'll be working alongside experienced fee earners (both qualified and non) and your new role will see you manage your caseload of litigated & some complex housing disrepair matters. You will be responsible for each claim from first instruction through to completion and following your training, you'll be expected to work autonomously. 

The team has a wealth of experience dealing with housing disrepair/civil litigation matters and there will be senior team members on hand to fully support and guide you throughout to ensure that each claim is handled to the highest standard.

On offer will be a competitive salary, which will be in line with your litigation experience. Full training will be provided however you must have at least 2 years’ litigation experience and have experience issuing claims.
