Family Solicitor

This Legal 500 firm are looking for a Solicitor to join their Family department. They are looking to expand due to the success of the department and want a Solicitor that can come in and hit the ground running.

The successful Family Solicitor will take over an existing mixed caseload of varied matters, including, but not limited to:

- Divorce
- Finances
- Separation
- Family Law Act proceedings
- Civil Partnerships
- Cohabitation Disputes
- Pre- and Post-Nuptial Agreements
- Children Act work 

The Solicitor will be expected to deal with initial consultations through to representation at court.

The firm itself support charities and community groups and are big into giving back.
