A boutique corporate Legal 500 law firm is seeking a corporate solicitor to support a busy partner on a broad range of work for their existing clients. 

The role is to deal with the full range of matters to include company sales, acquisitions, investments, demergers, capital reductions and shareholder and regulatory matters such as shareholder agreements, LLP agreements, tax and other restructuring. You will be supported by a lead partner and will work closely with the firms other commercial services teams. They are able to offer a generous market rate salary and ongoing development and progression in line with the firms dynamic and ambitious plans.

The firm currently has opportunities for both those new to the corporate sector and more experienced solicitors, so applications from all levels of corporate solicitors welcome.
