An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Solicitor to join a highly ranked Altrincham-based Legal500 regional firm as part of their award-winning Corporate team.
The firm is looking for a Senior Corporate Solicitor to continue its growth of recent years to help advise their high-quality clients, which range in sizes on all aspects of Corporate and Company issues.
The Role
The Corporate Solicitor will be working with the Corporate team to deliver the highest level of strategic advice to a large client base of Commercial organisations, working on matters such as, but not limited to:
- Investment agreements
- Mergers, acquisitions, and disposals
- Shareholder agreements
- Banking
- Share options
The role involves you practicing good client management, case management skills, and working within a team-oriented environment
Ideal skills and qualifications
- Qualified Corporate Solicitor with around 5+ years’ PQE
- Good academics, training, and experience from a respected law firm
