IP Solicitor (Litigation)

G2 Legal is pleased to be recruiting for a fantastic opportunity with a prominent global Intellectual property law firm, that is searching for an IP Solicitor to join the distinguished team.

This prestigious role within this leading firm predominantly involves contentious IP work. Although, the role also entails non-contentious work and the opportunity to work on both hard and soft IP cases. Additionally, you will be responsible for litigating IP rights such as patent, trademark, and copyright.

This role is ideal for an ambitious and motivated IP Solicitor with 2 – 6 years’ PQE that is seeking to work a wide range of IP matters.

You will have the chance to work with a variety of clients, from the small start up to the large tech and pharma giants, across a variety of different sectors, such as life sciences, chemistry and healthcare to electronics and engineering, fashion, retail, FMCG and entertainment.

This firm has multiple UK offices available to work from.

If you’re a determined IP Solicitor, who can thrive working both independently and as part of a team, with excellent time management and communication skills, then this is the perfect opportunity for you.

- Excellent academics
- STEM degree would be advantages
- Problem solving skills
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
