The team almost always retains its trainee solicitors which makes this opportunity so rare and exciting. it also shows how great of a firm it is to retain its trainees every year. However, due to growth plans they are looking to recruit a highly skilled NQ into the team. The chosen NQ would have completed at least a seat within Corporate at a firm of similar calibre.
The teams handles all aspects of Corporate work, such as; buying and selling a business, joint ventures, investments among others. The chosen candidate will be expected to handle a varied case load.
