This forward thinking leading Legal 150 law firm based in Southampton have a proven track record for success and are looking for an experienced Lawyer in their residential development team in this key placement. They have an ambitious strategy and a strong management team in an exciting growth stage. You will need to have experience of development and landlord and tenant matters; flat lease extensions and block management matters would also be helpful. 

This Southampton-based role as a Real Estate Development Associate/Senior Associate Solicitor will involve: 

• Acting for major national and regional house builder clients that offer high quality work.
• Clear path to work towards Partnership from the outset
• Be active in business development in gaining new clients and grow your own caseload
