Within this fantastic property litigation opportunity, you will work on high quality commercial property disputes such as:
- Lease renewals
- Restrictive covenants
- Break Options
- Rights of way
- Boundary disputes
- Insolvency related issues
You can expect to work with clients in a variety of sectors such as hospitality, retail and technology, telecoms and public sectors clients.
This opportunity could be perfect for you if you have an interest in telecoms matters. Our client act for a large electronic communications operator.
You will manage a high-quality caseload as well as assisting more senior members within the team on more complex transactions. You will also have the opportunity to gain management experience, by assisting less experienced members in the team with their progression.
Our client seeks an experienced property litigation solicitor with ideally 4+ years' of experience.
You will ideally have gained some experience within telecoms law yet not essential, as our client would be open to candidates with an interest in this.
You will be a positive, technically solid and supportive individual, passionate about supporting less experienced members within a team.
