Working with an established team your caseload will comprise of a mix of commercial property work including dealing with freehold and leasehold titles, drafting, and negotiating contracts for sale, transfers, leases, and agreements for lease, acting for landlords and tenants and acquisition and disposal of commercial properties.
Ideally you will also have development experience or be interested in this.
