A reputable firm in Shropshire is seeking to appoint a litigation solicitor to join their team to be based at their Telford office.
Our client can offer an ambitious and motivate litigation solicitor a varied workload (excluding injury claims) a supportive and collaborative working environment along with a clear and structured career progression plan.
This highly regarded firm is offering a litigation solicitor to handle a broad range of civil claims (excluding injury claims). You will be skilled at contentious property work including possession proceedings, rights of way, boundary/land disputes, adverse possession and beneficial interest claims. You will also be expected to deal with disputes relating to probate and inheritance. The role also encompasses debt recovery work, consumer rights and contract disputes. There may be some exposure to commercial disputes in addition.
Our client is looking for an ambitious litigation solicitor who has a willingness to take part in business generation and development. You must be able to demonstrate a clear understanding of the Civil Procedure Rules and ADR processes, as well as the Solicitors Code of Conduct and of the Money Laundering Regulations. Excellent organisational, communication and IT skills are essential. The successful candidate will be proficient with MS Office, experience using a case management system is ideal but not essential.
