Legal Claims Advisor - Taunton - To £20k

What will you do?

In this role you will process and filter all new client enquiries

Gain relevant information about potential personal injury or clinical negligence claims

You will then relay this information to a director, who will decide if it is possible to pursue the claim or not 

You will then gather more information from the client as appropriate to build the basis of the claim

Explain fee arrangement options to clients (full training given) 

What will you need?

You will already have an excellent telephone manner, and be able to quickly gain trust from potential clients

You should be able to ask the right questions to gather relevant information (full training given)

Some customer service (and/or sales) experience

To apply for this role, you should:

- Ideally be a law graduate
- Have at least 6 months experience working within a law firm and enjoy working in a legal environment
- Some Personal Injury experience is preferred, but paralegals from other areas of law, looking to get experience within litigation and insurance law are encouraged to apply
- Be willing once a month be willing to work 1 day over a weekend (with a day off in the week)
- Be willing one day a week to work a late shift 10am-7pm
