Handle Claimant and Respondent employment matters
Tribunals
Negotiations/settlements
General advisory work (disciplinaries/grievances, performance management)
Non-contentious work (drafting contracts, policies and procedures)
What will you need?
To have at least 1 years experience as an employment Solicitor or Legal Executive
Ideally to have worked within another reputed firm
To be willing to get involved in attending local networking events
