Dispute Resolution Legal Secretary

A Chambers-listed Legal 500 firm based in Berkshire is seeking a Dispute Resolution Legal Secretary for their Reading office. The firm currently advise organisations, business owners, and management teams on a wide range of commercial disagreements, from those involving commercial contracts through to property disputes.

This legal secretary role will be to support the team with the following:

- Preparing bundles for trials
- Digital dictation
- Drafting letters and documents
- Liaising with clients and others
- Arranging fixed fee client interviews
- Ensuring file notes of all telephone conversations and meetings
- Prepared
- Legal research/drafting

The ideal candidate will be a career Legal Secretary or a Legal Assistant seeking to gain more experience in Private Practice.  Ideally you will have Microsoft Excel experience.
