Are you a Real Estate Solicitor looking for a new opportunity in Birmingham?

Our client is a Legal 100 firm that demonstrates a progressive and open culture. They are now seeking a Real Estate Solicitor to join their collaborative team based in Birmingham which acts for high calibre clients including house builders, housing associations, developers, local authorities, and investors.

You will gain exposure to a broad range of real estate matters involving residential and strategic land development, acquisitions, disposals, and conditional and unconditional contracts.

Ideally you will be NQ-5 years’ PQE and have experience in strategic land or residential development. You will be capable technically, ambitious, client-focused, and commercially astute.
