This legal 500 South Yorkshire based firm are looking for a Conveyancing Assistant to join their Sheffield office.
As the successful candidate you will have previosu experience working on and supporting fee earners on all aspects of Residential Property Conveyancing matters.
You will work on sales and purchase files as delegated by your line manager and have responsibility in preparation, completion and maintenance of documents and systems in accordance with the firms procedures.
You will field enquiries, have contact with clients on routine matters and information exchange, and prepare and submit SDLT returns and HM Land Registry applications. You will gain experience/be responsible for reviewing title and propert documents and preparing contract packs.
The firm provides full training, and even supports you to take part in more formal training courses.
