This Legal 100 firm is seeking a Real Estate Senior Associate to join the team in their office in London.
In this role, you will be dealing with an array of Real Estate work such as acquisitions, disposals, development work, investment, asset management, complex landlord & tenant matters, secured lending and other aspects of property finance. The team act for clients including household name retailers, developers, housing associations, banks, and other financial institutions.
This role would suit an experienced and ambitious Real Estate Solicitor who is looking for a new role in a successful and growing team in London. The role will combine dealing with a caseload of Real Estate matters with supporting and supervising junior team members. You will also be working closely with the partners within the team and having extensive contact with high profile clients.
