A Worcestershire-based law firm that offers great quality work is seeking to appoint a Commercial Property Solicitor to head up their small Commercial Property department.
This respectable Commercial Property team comprised of a solicitor, a trainee, paralegal and secretarial support, is looking to appoint a Head of Commercial Property who can mentor, support, and lead the team whilst taking on a caseload of matters.
Ideally, they are looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor with 5 – 10 years’ experience to join the team handling matters to include, but not be limited to:
- Leasehold and freehold
- Sales
- Leases
- Options agreements
- Developments
Unlike many corporate law firms, this firm focuses heavily on providing a personal service and as such, the ability to build and develop a strong rapport with your clients is essential.
The offices are located in the centre of Worcester and the firm offer on-site parking. There is some flexibility to work from home and after a successful probation there is health cover and full Christmas closure (not having to save days). The firm are also in the process of implementing a firm-wide bonus scheme.
