My client is currently looking to recruit a Conveyancing Assistant within its busy Conveyancing department in lovely Bexleyheath. You will be working with a successful Conveyancing Solicitor who needs support to continue the firm’s success and outstanding service levels to its portfolio of customers.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
The role is primarily to provide administration support within a small team of Conveyancers in the residential property department. The main duties and responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to the following:
- Opening files on DPS and setting up paper files
- Providing cover for telephone and email diverts
- Scanning - including ID scanning for visitors
- Seeing clients to take initial paperwork where required
