Associate Employment Solicitor

A Tier 1 ranked law firm is looking for an Employment Solicitor to join their prestigious Employment team based in Manchester.

Employment Solicitor - Manchester

Benefits: 

- 60:40 split between work from home and being in the office

You will be dealing with a mixed workload of both contentious and non-contentious work for a wide range of clients.

The work will include but not limited to:

- Giving day to day advice on disciplinary and grievances
- Managing sickness absence
- TUPE transfers
- Conducting redundancy programmes
- Drafting contracts, policies and procedures
