Conveyancing New Business Assistant

Are you a conveyancing new business assistant or sales negotiator/estate agent looking for a new position in Stratford-upon-Avon? If so, this established law firm is looking to grow their conveyancing department with an additional new business legal assistant. 
This particular law firm can offer you a supportive and close-knit office environment where you will work alongside the firm's conveyancing department generating new business for the firm. Your key duties will include but will not be limited to:

- Dealing with all calls from direct clients and providing them with quotes and effectively turn calls into instructions
- Assisting conveyancers where needed on a daily basis
- Assisting with Land Registry applications and archiving/closing files
- Providing key administrative support to the team

To be considered for this conveyancing new business assistant role based in Stratford-upon-Avon, you must have at least 12 months' experience working in a similar role or working as an estate agent/sales negotiator, be generally concerned with attracting new business and helping the firm grow, be an upbeat and enthusiastic individual with a confident attitude.
