A long-standing law firm based in Leominster is seeking an experienced Family Solicitor to come in and grow a Family department.
Our client is a traditional law firm looking to embrace change! They have a very loyal client base and a large percentage of repeat work but have never turned their hand to Family work, therefore are now seeking to set up a Family offering and as such, are looking for a Family Solicitor. You must have at least five years’ experience and a previous track record of building and growing a Family department. The firm will also consider a small team move, such as a Family solicitor plus an assistant.
The position will suit an ambitious solicitor who is able to create a reputation within Leominster and bring in the Family work. The firm has spotted a gap locally in this area and support will be provided from the Partners from the get-go! Partnership would not be available immediately, but this is something they would look towards in the future.
Our client will consider flexibility in days and hours, and are open to seeing full- or part-time applicants along with those who want to do full-time hours across four days. The firm can also offer one day home working, along with a really down to earth working environment.
The firm is in the early stages of the implementation of going paperless and are open to seeing candidates who can assist the other Partners in moving forward and bringing about change!
