Personal Injury Solicitor

Work 100% remotely within this well-established Personal Injury team where you will be given plenty of high quality multi-track work, and you can expect career progression and support where needed.   

Skills required:

- 5+ years’ experience handling multi-track personal injury matters 
- Qualified solicitor or legal executive (non-qualified and part-qualified Fee Earners also welcome to apply)
- EL/PL experience 
- Knowledge of the MoJ Portal would be an advantage 

Job Duties: 

- Advise on a good quality multi track personal injury EL/PL caseload  
- No business development or marketing 
- Liaise with experts, counsel, and clients 
- Preparing court documents including claim forms, schedules of loss, particulars of claim, and lists of documents
- Instructing and briefing counsel
