A highly regarded Top Tier & Legal 500 ranked commercial law firm with offices across the UK and renowned internationally has a rare opportunity for an Employment Solicitor with a commercial bent to join its award-winning Employment team in Liverpool.
You'll be a qualified Solicitor (guideline of 1-5 years PQE) with a background focusing on Employment Law (respondent employment matters). Joining a vastly experienced over ten strong team in Liverpool, you'll be dealing with high quality Employment matters on behalf of numerous commercial entities. Acting for a broad range of clients (with a niche in the Healthcare sector), you'll offer expert advice on both contentious and non-contentious Employment matters.
Your new role will see you drafting various employment documents, including:
- Maternity and paternity rights
- Discrimination
- Whistleblowing
- Employee relations issues
- Disciplinary matters and grievances
- Mediation
- Dismissals
- Redundancy
- TUPE
- Employment tribunal claims
You'll work alongside Senior Employment Solicitors who will be on hand to provide support as and when necessary to ensure that you're providing the highest level of service to your clients.
You'll be a confident and passionate Solicitor with a solid background in Employment law gained within a similarly recognised Employment team.
