This well established South Yorkshire based firm are looking for a New Build Conveyancing Executive to join their ever expanding Rotherham branch.
 
As the successful candidate you will have at least 2 years' experience and have experience/be confident in assisting with exchanging contracts, preparing contract packs, key conveyancing forms, completion statements, post completion registrations and first registrations of land, and assisting with drafting property and mortgage reports with guidance from the fee earner in charge of the department.
 
You must be motivated by this area of law and by the client contact side, dealing with day-to-day enquiries and being a regular point of contact for agents and clients. They must be mindful of deadlines and developer requirements and be able to deal with the pressure which comes with it.
 
You will have excellent organisational skills and the ability to work as part of a team. Focus will be on delivering excellent client service at all times.
