Are you looking to expand your career within Conveyancing? If so, this top tier Guildford-based law firm is now looking for an experienced Conveyancer to join their Plot Sales department. 

You will join the firm’s Plot Sales department where you will be responsible for:

- Dealing with plot sales for one or more house builders from reservation to completion
- Sending out relevant paperwork using the case management system
- Dealing with pre contract enquiries
- Exchanging contracts
- Dealing with completions

 
To be considered for this role you must have previous experience working within plot sales and handling your own workload. You must have excellent attention to detail and be able to work to tight deadlines.
