Commercial Property Solicitor - Canterbury 

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor with 1-5 years’ PQE to work for an established law firm with several offices in Kent. This position is based in the thriving Canterbury office.

Your role will involve dealing with freehold and leasehold titles, drafting and negotiating contracts for sale, transfers, leases and agreements for lease, acting for landlords and tenants and acquisition and disposal of commercial properties.

You will help to drive the business forward and as such will be happy to participate in business development and marketing activities.
