A highly regarded and award winning Legal 100 firm in Crawley is looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor with 3 – 6 years PQE to work in its successful and busy Real Estate team.

Your caseload will comprise of a wide variety of commercial property work, however the focus will be on secured lending transactions on behalf of lenders. Other areas of work will include freehold and leasehold acquisitions, disposals, and property investment portfolio management for retail/industrial units/office premises.

The firm is growing, and part of your role will also involve business development and marketing activities, driving the business forward and contributing to the success of the firm.
