Commercial Property Solicitor - Street, Somerset
£35,000 - £60,000
This long-established and friendly Somerset firm are looking for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor or Legal Executive to join their busy Commercial Property Department.
You will have a varied and wide knowledge of commercial property matters and be able to work independently under your own initiative, as well as part of the wider team.
You must be able to demonstrate current practical knowledge of the law relating to all aspects of commercial property matters including:
- Landlord and Tenant
- Acquisition and disposals
- Relocations
- Funding
- Transfers of going concerns
- Residential and commercial developments
This is a full-time position with hybrid working, both in the office and working-from-home.
You will be offered a very competitive salary, generous holiday allowance, plus a discretionary bonus paid out twice per year.
