A leading L100 firm are currently looking to strengthen their Clinical Negligence Department with the hire of a Clinical Negligence Solicitor, to be based out of their central Leeds office, this is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to join an expanding team with an excellent client based and quality work.
This firm are one of the ten firms acting for the NHS Resolution, putting them at the heart of claims and complaints brought against the NHS.
This Clinical Negligence team is highly regarded for their work acting on behalf of NHSR and NHS Trusts and in the defense of clinical negligence cases. In addition, they undertake healthcare and medical malpractice and regulatory work for a range of private insurers and private sector health and social care providers.
The successful Clinical Negligence Solicitor will be responsible for the management of a full caseload of pre-litigated and litigated matters for NHS Resolution and Insurers and the development of relationships with NHS Resolution/Insurer clients and Trust/Insured clients.
You will ideally have had experience of managing a caseload of defendant clinical negligence, defendant medical malpractice/insurance or PI matters.
