Legal Customer Service Executive
A rare opportunity has arisen for a Legal Customer Service Executive to join a well established award winning law firm based in the heart of Manchester City Centre. You will be working within the client services team where you will be liaising with new clients and departments ensuring accurate information is taken with regards to their enquiries.
You will be required to have excellent customer service skills and have experience working within a telephone based role.
The role is working 35 hours a week on a rota basis covering the hours from 8am to 7pm.
This role is working within an integral team to the business, ensuring potential and existing clients receive the best possible customer service helping to generate repeat custom and client recommendations. You will be required to have a sales-minded attitude and an ability to maintain positive relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to build trust.
