This Legal 500 firm has an opportunity for a junior property litigation solicitor to join the firm’s highly regarded Real Estate Dispute Resolution team. 

You will be joining a team that advises funders, developers, investors, landlords & tenants, high net-worth individuals, and retailers on a wide range of both residential and commercial issues. The team represent clients in front of the Privy Council, Supreme Court, Court of Appeal, High Court, County Court and increasingly in the First Tribunal and Upper Chamber.

The Real Estate Dispute Resolution team has cultivated a wonderful collegiate structure, you will be encouraged to take part in business development activities and assist with the training and development of junior and non-qualified staff. 

In return, you will be provided with a platform to continue your professional development, whilst working alongside several key individuals within the real estate disputes practice area.
