This new breed of law firm is looking to add a commercial solicitor on a fully employed basis.
This opportunity is suited to a specialised Employee Incentives Solicitor looking to grow and head up a department. Ideally you will have experience advising on commercial and practical issues related to the structure and design, implementation and operation of reward structures, employee equity and cash incentive plans. They re seeking a solicitor who can draft a wide range of share plan documentation (plan rules, shareholder circulars, board and remuneration committee meetings, employer and employee communications, trust documentation etc)
The firm itself now employ over 85 people having established itself in 2014. They are at an exciting period of growth looking to triple their turnover by 2025, with a strategic plan in place of how to achieve this. Although they are fully remote (serviced offices-based Birmingham) They work really hard to ensure their lawyers still feel part of a team so they can collaborate, share ideas and enjoy each other’s company.
They are now seeking an Employee Incentives solicitor who has a wealth of knowledge and experience. To be considered you must have worked for a regional or national firm with a strong academic track record. You must be able to work with minimal supervision and have strong IT skills.
