My client is a strong regional legal 200 full-service law practice looking for an agricultural property lawyer (solicitor or chartered legal executive) to join the team in Salisbury at newly qualified level up to 3 years post qualification.
You will join a large and successful team which advises the agricultural and farming community on all its legal needs. Your specialism within this team will be advising on rural property work, including sale and purchase of farms and other rural property, renewable energy work, agricultural tenancies, equestrian properties, sporting leases and otherwise acting for farms and estates on a range of diverse property issues.
To apply for this agricultural role you should be a commercial property lawyer, ideally with some experience in rural property affairs or a genuine interest in pursuing a career in this specialism.
