Conveyancing Legal Secretary
A reputable leading Worcestershire based law firm is seeking a conveyancing legal secretary to join their team. The firm offers a friendly and supportive working environment, flexibility on hours days, along with a competitive salary for the market in this area.
As a conveyancing legal secretary within this department your role will include undertaking property and Land Registry searches, preparing financial
statements and to assist with property sale and purchase completions. This will include assisting with file management and ensure consistent reviews of files.
prioritising the client matter completing Land Registry applications and SDLT returns under the Fee Earner or Partner’s direction along with all work of a secretarial nature including typing, word processing, photocopying, making and taking phone calls.
In order to be considered you must have at least 12 months+ experience working as a conveyancing secretary, have excellent typing skills and organisational skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines.
