My client, a top tier Legal 100 firm in Cardiff, is keen to hire an employment solicitor into its high ranked and growing team.

The ideal candidate will be an ambitious employment solicitor at NQ level up to 2 years post qualification, and you will be given invaluable training and support as well as long term career opportunities. 

The team has an excellent reputation for its employment work and acts for a number of impressive commercial clients, offering employment law advice that is specific to their business. They also advise employees on matters ranging from settlement agreements to discrimination and harassment.

This role will include responsibility for a mixed caseload of contentious and non-contentious matters, as well as assisting on other cases.
