Heading the team in London, you will be joining a firm which already has an excellent reputation for its work in employment law. The firm acts for an array of clients, including major PLCs and household names.
Their work is varied and includes:
- Equality & Diversity – Both Advisory and Contentious
- Employee Contracts, Policies & Handbooks
- Strategic Advice – Change Management, Operational Guidance, Risk Management
- Confidentiality Agreements, Restrictive Covenants
- Senior Appointments – Hiring, Contracts, Termination, Exit Strategy
- Restructuring & Reorganisations, Takeovers and TUPE
This opportunity would suit an employment partner, a team, or possibly even a small specialist employment firm looking to be part of a growing organisation.
You'll already be an experienced employment partner who is used to managing teams and growing your department, combined with possessing a wealth of employment law experience, encompassing day to day matters as well as strategic and operational advice, and insight into the latest changes in employment law.
