A company secretarial assistant manager role has opened up at a professional services firm, where you will join a team of seven and take on duties across statutory compliance, management and board support.
 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
 
- Prepare accounts approval documentation
- Upkeep of statory registers via Blueprint
- Advise on company secretarial matters and corporate governance to clients and firm
- File Companies House and Charity Commission documents
- Assist managers with general admin tasks
- Attend board meetings and write up meeting minutes
- Supervise junior staff
 
KEY SKILLS
 
- Relevant experience in a professional services role
- CGI qualifications held in high regard
