Commercial Litigation (Debt) - Birmingham
My client is one of the UK's leading regional practices and has an excellent reputation for providing high quality legal services across the commercial and private client spectrum and has been recognised by various surveys (including the Sunday Times 100 Best Companies to Work For) as a first rate employer. Due to growth within their Insolvency and Restructuring group, they are looking to recruit a litigation specialist to act on behalf of commercial lenders, local authorities, private schools and debt collection agencies from their Birmingham office.
You will have already built good experience in this area of contentious work and have a strong working knowledge of Debt Recovery, the court process, insolvency matters and (ideally) Consumer Credit legislation. In addition, it would be beneficial if you have had some exposure to supervising junior team members.
