A leading Legal 500 law firm is seeking to appoint a Legal Office Administrator for their Ludlow office. This firm offers a friendly and supportive work environment, a great benefits package, and exposure to the legal profession.
The firm itself has offices spread across the Worcestershire and Shropshire area, and as the Ludlow office continues to grow, there is a need to appoint a Legal Office Administrator to join the team.
This is a great role for somebody looking to gain exposure in the legal sector. The role will involve assisting the Office Partner in the smooth running of the Ludlow office, as well as acting as the immediate contact for general office matters. These will involve:
- Providing general administrative support to the office
- Assisting with the management of files and deeds (opening, closing, sorting, storage, retrieval, destruction etc.)
- Providing relevant finance support to the office (raise purchase orders, check supplier invoices, accurately recording monies received from clients etc.)
- Covering reception and meeting and greeting visitors
To be considered, our client is looking for somebody who is able to work in a team environment, and has exceptional IT and administrative skills. Experience of data entry and text processing is essential.
