Child Abuse Solicitor
A new vacancy has become available with a leading regional firm at its Dewsbury office. It is looking to recruit a Solicitor or FCILEX into its Child Abuse Compensation Department, although no experience in this field is necessary, full training in this specialised area of personal injury litigation will be given.

The Child Abuse Compensation Department is a national leader in the niche area of abuse law, they are involved in landmark cases, specifically in abuse suffered in foster care. They have acted as the lead Solicitor for large groups of survivors who suffered abuse in children's homes and detention centres and have been instrumental in the development of scheme cases.
To be considered for this Child Abuse Solicitor you will be a Solicitor or FCILEX and have a background in Personal Injury Claims and/or Civil Litigation.
Previous experience of pursuing multi-track cases to trial, including attendance on Cost and Case Management Conferences and Cost Budgeting is also ideal. If you have experience in dealing with CICA claims and drafting bill of costs/conducting costs negotiations, this would be a clear advantage.
