Credit Hire Litigation Executive

Due to the ongoing success of our client’s burgeoning RTA department, it is offering a great opportunity for an ambitious Credit Hire Fee Earner (Solicitor/Legal Exec/Paralegal) to join a forward thinking and progressive Credit Hire team in Bolton.

The role will see you handle an RTA caseload of litigated matters with complete autonomy from cradle to grave. The role allows for the successful candidate to deal with more complex matters and candidates are required to be experienced Credit Hire litigators. The team deals with technically challenging Credit Hire matters and litigated Credit Hire experience is a prerequisite for this position. 

Candidates at all levels with good demonstrable experience of litigation are encouraged to apply. The opportunity exists (over time) to develop your role and progress into team leading/managerial positions.
